Summer Youth Program !

The Summer Youth Job Program provides essential work experience for the young adults in our community. The program also teaches our youth about strong work ethic and responsibility, qualities that will ultimately benefit them in their adult lives. I’m so glad that we were able to provide another year of this program for our residents. I thank them for their service and hope they enjoyed their time working for their City.

The program provides Everett youth with employment for two four week sessions throughout the summer!

Mayor Carlo DeMaria is pleased to announce that the city has recently purchased new parking kiosks from MacKay Meters, and will be installing them this spring in Everett Square.

Mayor Maria said, “These new parking kiosks will rid the city street scape of roads of meters, and replace them with just a few kiosks. They will also be much more convenient to residents by allowing them to pay with credit card or coins, and allow the city to efficiently manage parking. This will enhance the shopping and dining experience in Everett Square benefitting our small business community.”
